- Gas/LPG: Primary supply from SNGPL. Backup options include personal LPG cylinders. The management is exploring LNG supply options at an additional cost.
- Water: Primary supply from MPCHS water wells, with backup from the tower’s own water well. Recycling of rain and grey water is under review.
What are the asset ownership and transfer protocols?
The Cloud Services provides a Provisional Allocation/Allotment letter, which can be transferred to another person after seeking approval from company management.
What is the potential growth rate of the asset or property?
We anticipate a 3-4 times growth rate in the next 4 years.
What is the expected monthly rental value of a property at Cloud Tower-1?
The expected monthly rent is approximately 0.4% of the asset value at the time of completion. For example, if the asset value is Rs. 10,000,000, the expected monthly rent would be Rs. 40,000.
